Littleworth is a small village and civil parish off the A420, almost 2 miles northeast of Faringdon. It was part of Berkshire until the 1974 boundary changes transferred it to Oxfordshire. The parish includes the hamlets of Thrupp and Wadley. The 2011 Census recorded the parish's population as 239.
