Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay spent much of his time and money supporting addiction recovery efforts in the city of Indianapolis. Following his passing on Wednesday, several organizations on the receiving end of his support expressed their appreciation.

Jim Irsay, the Indianapolis Colts' owner and CEO, has died at 65. Irsay, who battled addiction and advocated for mental health awareness, led the Colts to Super Bowl victory in 2006. His legacy includes the "Kicking the Stigma" campaign and decades of leadership since taking control of the team in 1997.
