An elderly woman was killed when she was struck by a vehicle during a hit-and-run crash in Bridgeport on Sunday night.

An 81-year-old woman who was injured in a hit-and-run in Bridgeport on Sunday night has died, according to police. Police said they received several calls around 9:30 p.m. on Sunday reporting that a woman had serious injuries from being struck at Park Avenue and Maplewood Avenue and the driver who hit her left the scene.
