As the Chargers begin their offseason, HC Jim Harbaugh and GM Joe Hortiz are hoping to bring Khalil Mack back as he ponders retirement.

Edge defender Khalil Mack’s playing days could be coming to an end. Mack spoke to the media a day after the Chargers’ loss to the Texans and said he is contemplating retirement.

Now that the Chargers season has ended with a playoff loss, attention must be turned to fix the interior offensive line, and receiver and pass rush depth.

Khalil Mack is set to become a free agent for the first time in his 11-year career. Whether the Los Angeles Chargers linebacker decides to test the waters, though, is not the first thought on his mind.
