Circle Internet Group Inc.’s initial public offering is likely to price above the marketed range, after fielding orders for more than 25 times the number of shares available in the upsized deal, according to people familiar with the matter.

(Reuters) -Circle Internet and some of its existing shareholders are aiming to raise as much as $896 million in an upsized initial public offering in the United States, the stablecoin giant said on Monday.

Circle Internet Group, the issuer of the USDC stablecoin, upsized the price and range of its initial public offering in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday. Circle said it plans to sell 32 million shares in an IPO at a price range of $27 to $28 a share.
