Keith Siegel, a 65-year-old citizen of Israel and the United States, and two other men are set to be released Saturday as part of the first phase of the Gaza ceasefire deal.

“Father is on the list!” Siegel’s wife, Aviva Siegel, exclaimed in a video as she hugged her daughter. The video, posted by the Israeli-language newspaper Israel Hayom, was taken by Siegel’s daughter Shir Siegel on the streets of Israel.

Hamas-led militants are set to free three more hostages — all men — on Saturday, and Israel will release dozens of Palestinian prisoners as part of a fragile agreement that has paused fighting in the Gaza Strip after more than 15 months of war.
