PALMER — A small plane has crashed at Big Lake’s airport, Alaska State Troopers said. Troopers were at the scene Tuesday morning, a spokesman said. No additional details were immediately available. Matanuska-Susitna Borough emergency crews were also responding, according to reports on social media.

"We have identified 259 victims. They include 240 passengers and 19 non-passengers. DNA test result of one passenger is still awaited," said Rakesh Joshi, superintendent of Ahmedabad civil hospital.
