Another company has sued Tiger Woods' Sun Day Red apparel line over a branding dispute. Last September, Tigeraire claimed that Sun Day Red “unlawfully hijacked” its logo, which also features a leaping tiger.

Sportswear powerhouse PUMA, who has a division dedicated to golf within its ranks called PUMA GOLF, is challenging the leaping tiger logo of Tiger Woods ‘s nascent label Sun Day Red. The Germany company claims that the mark is too similar to its own patented Leaping Cat logo and could lead to confusion among customers.

While Tiger Woods’ Sun Day Red golf label is nearly a year-old, it’s logos may need to change if Puma has anything to say about it. According to a Jan. 2 filing with the U.S. Patent and Trademark office,
