It has everything: intrigue, devastation, betrayal, clever moves, Zach Efron receiving strays, and possibly the start of one of the most intense and evenly matched reality TV rivalries. I loved Episode 4 of The Traitors Season 3, but I am conflicted about some of the decisions made during it. I need to talk about it.

In a campy fun reality TV show that's all about betrayal and murder, it feels silly to get up in arms about a fake banishment — especially when Bob himself says, "That was just gameplay, baby," in his exit interview. (Host Alan Cumming even reminds everyone that this is all just a game following the banishment.)

Murders and banishments abound on season 3 of Peacock’s “The Traitors.” The reality competition series tasks a group of “faithfuls” with identifying a crew of “traitors” in their midst. At roundtable discussions, the players discuss who they find suspicious and vote to banish one person from the castle.

Therefore, I was excited to see some familiar faces, but even more excited to meet some of the players that are new to me. After the first three episodes, I am worried that the show will focus too much on particular characters and others will get very little screen time.
