For the first time in six years, the UEFA Europa League final will be contested between two clubs from the same country, with Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur set to contest an all-English clash at the San Mamés stadium in Bilbao on May 21.

There will be six English teams in next season’s Champions League after Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur made it through to the Europa League final.

For Manchester United or Tottenham, a miserable campaign will end in Europa League glory. Despite both teams languishing in the bottom half of the Premier League, the Champions League is now just one game away.
