Late Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay was a hands-on decision-maker from the highest seat in the team's operation after learning under his father.

Through his love for football, classic rock and, most of all, Indianapolis, Irsay left an indelible impression and turned the Hoosier State into a football hotbed.
