The Bryant Park Winter Village in Manhattan reopened Saturday following a destructive fire during the busy holiday shopping season. The bustling holiday market hadn't quite opened yet Friday morning when flames shot out from one of the kiosks at the outdoor shopping village.

A fire broke out inside a holiday market kiosk in Midtown Manhattan Friday morning, officials said. There were no injuries. The blaze ignited shortly before 9:30 a.m. at a booth in Bryant Park’s Winter Village and was extinguished a short time later,
