Raleigh police responded to a potential shooting at the North Hills development Friday. Officers were called to the 4300 block of the Circle at North Hills Street, according to a Raleigh Police Department Facebook post. The department asked the public to avoid the area while police investigate.

George Colom, the man accused of shooting two other men in Raleigh’s North Hills, has a criminal history. He was the executive chef of Coquette, the restaurant where Friday’s shooting took place.
