Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson appears to be on the verge of becoming the youngest in NFL history to win a third NFL MVP. The 28-year-old can probably start writing his acceptance speech after Friday's Associated Press All-Pro team announcement.

On Friday, the Associated Press announced their 2024 NFL All-Pro Team, and the former Louisville quarterback and current Baltimore Ravens signal caller was voted to the First-Team. It's Jackson's third time being voted as a First-Team All-Pro, also being named in 2019 and 2023. In both seasons, he went on to be named the NFL MVP.

Lamar Jackson is among the leading candidates for the 2024 NFL MVP trophy. Jackson just wrapped up one of the best seasons of his seven-year NFL career thus far — a career that's already seen him claim two league MVP awards.

The Ravens quarterback certainly has the respect of his peers: he was the NFLPA All-Pro team's quarterback in 2023 as well (that year ended with Jackson winning his second MVP award). Jackson and Baltimore open their playoff campaign on Saturday at home against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Between Lamar Jackson and Josh Allen, there's no wrong decision for NFL MVP. But both QBs still need to demonstrate they can beat Patrick Mahomes.
