An Arkansas man won a $200,000 prize from a scratch-off lottery ticket he bought because his wife "had a good feeling."
The man purchased a $10 Multiplier Bonus scratch-off ticket in Blytheville with the hope that his wife would be right, the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery said in a Jan. 23 news release. He was shocked when he scratched off the ticket to reveal a $200,000 jackpot win, according to Arkansas lottery officials.
Leon purchased the $10 ticket at PJ Express #1 in Blytheville. He bought the ticket after some encouragement from his wife who “had a good feeling” about their chances. To his shock, he won one of the game’s top prizes of $200,000. His wife said she was “stunned” and speechless.
