A crash between a passenger bus and a truck early Saturday killed 38 people on a highway in Minas Gerais, a state in southeastern Brazil, officials said.

At least 38 people were killed in a road crash after a bus carrying 45 passengers collided with a truck near the town of Teófilo Otoni in Minas Gerais, Brazil.
