One man was injured in a shooting Wednesday on the city's east side, according to an online Colorado Springs police blotter entry. When officers arrived at about 10 p.m. to the 3700 block of East La Salle Street, a man told police he drove himself home after being shot at another location.

We now know that one person is dead following a stabbing according to the Colorado Springs Police Department. Early into the investigation police say there was a disturbance between two roommates, one stabbed and allegedly killed the other.
