Z-A leak is making the rounds for revealing unexpected starters. The expectation — based on rumors and speculation — is that the starters of the new Nintendo Switch Pokemon game are going to be the same starters of Pokemon X and Y.

Pokemon Legends Z-A is apparently not going to receive a Switch 2 port, if recent rumors are to be believed, but this may not be a big deal.

Z-A was announced last year on Pokemon Day, fans were surprised to see it announced for Nintendo Switch. Many assumed that the next Pokemon game would be coming to Nintendo’s successor to Switch, rather than the current console.

An upcoming Pokémon showcase will apparently only feature games made for the original Nintendo Switch, including Pokémon Legends: Z-A.

According to the latest Pokemon franchise leaks, the Generation 10 games may have native releases on both the original Switch and the Switch 2. The Generation 10 Pokemon games have not been announced at the time of this writing, but it's long been assumed that the games are being made for the Switch 2 as opposed to the original console.
