Boise Police arrested two people after an armed robbery on Thursday afternoon. A man “brandished a handgun during the robbery,” police previously said. Police then said the man fled the scene on a motorcycle with someone else, according to previous Statesman reporting.

The man ignored orders to stop his vehicle and led police onto I-91 Tuesday morning, where State Police joined the pursuit, Northampton police said.

A man who led authorities on a high-speed chase through Kalispell last year received a five-year sentence to the state Department of Corrections in November. Judge Amy Eddy handed the sentence down to Matthew Francisco Cupp,
