An American woman who was traveling in Hungary was killed in Budapest last week allegedly by a man she met on vacation.

Hungarian police say the suspect had met the 31-year-old Oregon woman at a nightclub and later made internet searches on how to dispose of a body.

Detectives also accused the suspect of making internet searches on whether wild boars eat human remains and how Budapest police investigate a missing person case.

The victim, Mackenzie Michalski was reported missing on Nov. 5 after she was last seen at a nightclub in central Budapest.

An Irishman "showed the police where he hid the woman's body," according to a statement from authorities in Budapest.

A Western New York native from Fredonia who went missing in Budapest was killed earlier this week, Hungarian police said. Mackenzie Michalski, 31, who had gone to Hungary as a tourist, was last seen at a nightclub on Tuesday.
