Star Indian cricketer Shubman Gill expressed his delight in witnessing Rishabh Pant score his first half-century and century post-comeback during the second inning of the first Test match against Bangladesh.

Team India's star batter Shubman Gill showcased his exceptional batting skills by scoring a hard-fought century on Day 3 of IND vs BAN Chennai Test. This achievement marks his 5th Test century and 12th international century overall.

Shubman Gill said that he found pleasure in seeing Rishabh Pant scoring his 6th Test hundred after comeback to Test cricket. Gill was also content with his performance in 1st Test vs Bangladesh.

Rishabh Pant struck a century on his return to test cricket as India reduced Bangladesh to 158-4 at stumps on day three of the first test.

Rishabh Pant and Shubman Gill scored 109 and 119* respectively in the second innings against Bangladesh which helped India to take the lead of 514 runs.
