He then joined New England's coaching staff as the inside linebacker coach in 2019, so he has been around the organization and Kraft for nearly two decades.

But now the shine is starting to come off Mayo and the coaching staff. The Patriots were blown off the field Thursday night in New Jersey, unable to do much of anything right against the Jets.
