The Puerto Rican Heritage Society of Hawaii is hosting its 2nd annual Puerto Rican Festival to celebrate culture, tradition and language on July 12.

A 22-year-old woman is currently recovering after her car fell off of the H-1 viaduct and down onto Nimitz Road below.
