Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark was involved in a scuffle during Tuesday night’s 88-71 win over the Connecticut Sun. While Clark finished with 20 points, one rebound and six assists, she was poked in the eye by Sun guard Jacy Sheldon during the third quarter.

Indiana Fever guard Sophie Cunningham cut her teeth on the football gridiron before being a baskeball enforcer.

She may not be an All-Star talent like Caitlin Clark, but Sophie Cunningham proved yesterday that she can be the enforcer that the Indiana Fever need on the court when opposing teams get too chippy. Cunningham joined the Fever several months ago as part of a four-team trade in the WNBA offseason.
