Tony Buzbee, the Texas-based attorney representing a litany of Diddy accusers in the cases against him, is facing his own legal battles on the side.

A bigshot Texas lawyer who recently filed a child rape lawsuit against Jay-Z is accused of deliberately giving a woman a sexually transmitted disease and hitting her so hard, he smashed her teeth, according to a new lawsuit.

This ruling followed two motions filed by Jay-Z's attorney Alex Spiro calling for the plaintiff's identity to be divulged and for the outright dismissal of her complaint. Torres denied both requests. In her ruling, Torres wrote, "The Court will not fast-track the judicial process merely because counsel demands it."

Jay-Z is not taking the attacks and accusations lying down. The Hip Hop mogul has taken legal action against attorney Tony Buzbee, accusing him of defamation and extortion in response to a recent sexual assault allegation.

Jay-Z and attorney Tony Buzbee's current legal drama is just getting started. On Sunday, December 8, news broke that Jay-Z (real name Shawn Carter) was named alongside Sean "Diddy" Combs in a civil lawsuit filed by Buzbee.

Tony Buzbee just received a small victory in court, according to reporter, Meghann Cuniff. As we previously reported, Jay-Z’s legal team filed paperwork earlier this month for the plaintiff to reveal her identity.
