WARETOWN -- A second teenage boy has been arrested and charged in connection with the Jones Road wildfire that has consumed more than 15,000 acres across Ocean County, authorities said.
LaTourette and Ocean Township Chief of Police Michal Rogalski announced the arrest of Joseph Kling, 19, of Waretown in connection with the wildfire. Kling was charged with aggravated arson.
